The ceremony will begin at 6:30pm at the The University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archeology & Anthropology, located at 3260 South Street. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will follow until 11:30pm.
Shuttles will be available for transportation between the Penn Museum and the hotels. A shuttle will leave from the Mariott at approximately 5:00pm and 5:30pm and will stop at the Sofitel on the way to the museum. There will be a final shuttle at approximately 6:00pm from the Sofitel, only. The return shuttles will leave the museum at approximately 10:30pm, 11:15pm, and 11:45pm, and will travel to both hotels.
Parking is available at the museum, in Lot 7 at the corner of South Street and Convention Avenue, at a night rate of $11.
